Fully Graphical Emails – what are they good for?

October 19th, 2015 No comments

Is it just me who reads emails in Outlook with the preview pane?
Whilst I like good graphics as much as the next marketeer, when I end up looking at emails like this, I’m concerned that it’s missing the point.

Email marketing is the act of sending a commercial message, typically to a group of people, using email. In its broadest sense, every email sent to a potential or current customer could be considered email marketing. It usually involves using email to send advertisements from, request business, or solicit sales or donations, and is meant to build loyalty, trust, or brand awareness. Marketing emails can be sent to a purchased lead list or a current customer database.

All I can tell, is that is that is something to do with multi-channel support, and I can start a free trial!
