Facebook can be a useful resource for promoting your jobs, like all social media sites, it depends on the job, but there are some simple ways for you to test it out for your role. Simply create a Facebook account and post an advert. Posting the advert is much like creating a google Advert. As you will be charged for the clicks, you set a cap limit for the role (number of clicks). This works pretty well. Facebook then determine where your advert appears based on content and relevance. Based on the fact that Facebook has millions of members, you can get lots of exposure, however, depending on how good their relevance matching is, the advert should only appear to those that are “interested”
