These are all free, or have free versions, and I use all of them to some degree in my Digital Marketing.
My ratings are purely my own view of how useful they are to me in my campaigns. I admit that I may be way off for your own campaigns, or I may have missed vital functionality on many of these. The PharmiMike ratings may change over time as I discover new features, or the products evolve.

- cotweet.com – Nice Twitter client that allows you to manage multiple accounts and also assign replies to other users – so very useful for marketing teams who need to keep track.
