The Irony of Sales Force

Just had a voice mail from Sales Force, including a first name and phone number, however, when I call them I don’t know which department he’s in – so have to select an option and try “switchboard”. However, when I speak to someone there,  they have no idea who he is.

Is it just me, or would you think that a company that provides ” customer relationship management” services, would know who called who, and why.
